We have been booking cruises with William Taylor for several years now and he has done an amazing job for us. He responds quickly to calls and emails. We consider him a friend. When we flew to London to sail on the Celebrations inaugural cruise his recommendations made our trip a very wonderful and memorable one. We will continue booking with William.

For years we went direct to the cruise line to book our trips. After hearing great things from others on a cruise. We decided to try CruiseOne. We were connected with William Taylor and (even though we have never met face to face), he feels like a friend. He recognizes my calls, is prompt to get back with me, and best of all he saves me money over the cruise line and gets me additional onboard credit. We have been booking with CruiseOne for 3 years now, and already have 3 more cruises booked in 2026. My wife and I also brag about the company to friends and even to people we meet on the various ships we are on. Its exciting to hear them comment about their own savings. Simply 10 out of 10 stars for CruiseOne!

William has been our Travel Advisor for years now and always is quick to provide answers and help. The Balcony room he got us on this past cruise was great, we didn't know it, but it was an extended balcony! We were quite pleased and the balcony was amazing with the extra room and a full lounger. We had a wonderful time.
